Full recognition goes to those born under American jurisdiction on Mars, those who have shown loyalty to U.S. sovereignty and to the principles in our founding documents, and those whose conduct aligns with American identity as defined by applicable standards. Those who do not align may be deported to Earth. Anyone who has advocated for or aligned with regimes or groups hostile to American interests, or who has resisted Mars governance frameworks, will be subject to review. Eligibility is determined according to established procedures.
